      When no start date or end date then the task also doesn't need a period mode
      Presumably, a default period mode (auto bottom-up) should be changed to achieve an expected effect on the end-user side by implementing this change.

    Description

      Before change:

      When task is added to app, its dates are set automatically to a default value.

      After change:

      When task is added to app it can stay without dates and have them added only when the user explicitly sets them
