      Reproduction steps:

      1. Navigate to Administration -> Box Types Configuration
      2. Select Iteration -> Tasks -> Scope definition
      3. Change Scope type from Sub-scope to Own and click save button
      4. Go to Tasks -> Scheduling
      5. Select any of the Default task modes and click save

      Actual result:

      Failed to save configuration is visible next to save button. Error popup is visible.

      Expected result:
        New default task mode is saved. No error is visible.
      Additional Information:
      Bug is reproducible on every build in sub-scope box type, including box from the BP Enterprise (ex. Program Increment, Stage, Hybrid Stage)
