    Description

      Not persists on the develop. Production only!

      Prerequisites:
      Parent-box: Program Box.

      Sub-boxes: Auto-inherited upper-level teams option is DISABLED.

      Reproduction steps:

      1. Navigate to the Board module of the parent Program Box (I.e. TS-4 Box module - Risks - Basic operations).
      2. Click on the Allocate Team button.
      3. Fill in the Team name and Team code and click Create.

      Actual result:

      The team is not displayed on the Board even though is displayed in the Teams swimlane and we cannot create it again.

      Expected result:

      The team should be displayed with an 'i' letter in the dropzone and tooltip on hover 'Field not allocated in this Box'.
