      Reproduction steps:

      1. Proceed to Jira dashboard 
      2. Add BigPicture/BigGantt Gantt gadget to the dashboard
      3. Choose the program box for gadget and set refresh interval to 1 hour
      4. Wait for 1 minute and observe the gadget to refresh

      Observed result: gantt gadget refreshes after one minute instead of one hour 

      It seems that the setting for refresh is being set to seconds and minutes instead of minutes and hours.

      Expected result: gantt gadget refreshes after one hour
