Description
Reproduce steps:
1. Adjust your PC local time to UTC -10:00 Hawaii
2. Navigate to JIRA System settings
3. General configuration > Edit
4. Internationalization > Default user time zone
5. Change region to America - Time Zone (GMT -10:00) Adak
6. Update system settings
7. Navigate to Administration -> Holiday plans
8. Open Default Holiday Plan
9. Edit details
9. Select any day for example: Click on 24th March of the current year in calendar -> Pick Extra Working Day -> Save
Actual results:
The date is one day earlier than the date which was selected in the calendar.
Expected results:
The date is the same than the date which was selected by the user.
