    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add new Jira custom field
      2. Change the context for the field from "Global" to "Apply to issues under selected Projects" and select any Project
      3. Navigate to The Technical configuration for BigPicture 

      Observed result:

      Technical configuration tab does not load correctly, and an error appears 

      Expected result:

      Technical configuration loads correctly without errors.
