      Repro steps:

      1. Create a Jira Project named "Absences", and add to it a single issue named "Test", assigned to the Admin user (make sure to be logged as the Admin user).
      2. Open BP on Overview and add a new Program Box named "Absences" with date range from 01/Sep/20 to 07/Sep/20.
      3. Create a one PI Box and a one Iteration for the Absences Box, with the same date range (if any other PI's and Iterations were created automatically, delete them first).
      4. Define the Scope definition of the new Program Box in the Box Configuration as automatic rule for project Absences, and then save.
      5. Go to the Gantt module and set the date range for the AB-1 Test issue from 01/Sep/20 to 04/Sep/20.
      6. Go to the Teams module, add a new team and add Admin as a member with start date set to 01/Sep/20.
      7. Go to BP Administration, Resource Manager and open the Admin user.
      8. Set an Absence (any name/reason) with date range from 01/Sep/20 to 07/Sep/20 (full program's range).
      9. Navigate to the Resources module.
      10. Expand all, set allocation to Story points, check "Capacity" in View, and set scale to Daily. Make sure that Story points are now showing 0 above the AB-1 task.
      11. Navigate to Board module -> Capacity, and check the capacity for the Admin user.

The capacity in modules is showing different values - 0 in Resources, but 5 in Board.

      Expected result:
The capacity in both Resources and Board are showing the same value (in this case 0).
